Sanding Primer (Sandable Gel Coat)
A sprayable gel-coat which gives a sandable and finishable surface when used with SS-10 surfacing wax or surface sealed with PVA. This allows you to make fiberglass parts which are easy to sand and prepare for painting. Comes in Gray. Catalyst sold separately.
- Sold in : Quart, Gallon, 5 Gallons. Color is Gray. White is avaliable upon special order.
- Recommended Fabrics: Fiberglass Mat, Fiberglass Cloth
- Cure Time: 4 hours
- Recoat Time: 30 minutes
Danger - Catalyst is Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide. Combustible. Causes severe burns. May be fatal if swallowed. Keep from heat or open flame. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of skin contact, flush thoroughly with water. For eyes, get prompt medical attention. If swallowed, give large quantities of water or milk. Obtain medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
